Security at HyperLedger IT
How we protect our platform and your data — and how to report a vulnerability responsibly.
We take the security of our platform, our group companies and the people who rely on them seriously. This page summarises our approach and explains how to report security issues.
01Our approach
Security is a foundational pillar of everything we build, not an afterthought. We design our platform around zero-trust principles, defence in depth, and least-privilege access across every company in the group.
02Infrastructure security
- Multi-region, self-healing infrastructure with continuous monitoring and automated failover.
- Encryption of data in transit and at rest using industry-standard algorithms.
- Hardened, regularly patched systems with strict network segmentation.
- Continuous logging, anomaly detection and incident-response processes.
03Data protection
Access to data is governed by role-based controls and audited. We minimise the data we collect, retain it only as long as needed, and handle it in line with our Privacy Policy and applicable regulations.
04Responsible disclosure
We welcome reports from security researchers. If you believe you have found a vulnerability in our website or services, please email security@hyperledgerit.com with enough detail for us to reproduce and validate the issue.
We ask that you give us a reasonable opportunity to investigate and remediate before any public disclosure, and that you avoid accessing or modifying data that is not your own.
05Scope and good faith
Testing must not degrade our services or affect other users. Denial-of-service attacks, social engineering and physical attacks are out of scope. We will not pursue legal action against researchers who act in good faith and within these guidelines.
